My Mission

At Little Moonbeam Sleep, my mission is to help families achieve independent sleep through a journey that feels emotionally safe, calm, and supportive for both child and parent. I support exhausted parents in restoring rest, confidence, and emotional balance, while protecting mental health and family relationships, without compromising connection or parenting values. Through gentle education, steady guidance, and compassionate support, my work is grounded in lived experience and professional expertise, with emotional wellbeing at the heart of every step.

About Me

I’m a mum of two and a gentle sleep consultant who understands how deeply sleep deprivation can affect family life. Parents often come to me feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and longing to feel calmer and more confident again. My role is to provide steady, compassionate support during what can be a challenging and emotional time.

With a background in education, child development, and children’s services, I bring both professional expertise and real life understanding to my work. My approach is calm, responsive, and personalised, focusing on emotionally safe sleep support that respects each family’s values. My aim is not just better sleep, but restored confidence, stronger connection, and families who feel more like themselves again.

Little Moonbeam Sleep Package

At Little Moonbeam Sleep, my support is designed to guide your family gently and holistically through the early months and beyond. Sleep challenges can feel overwhelming, particularly during times of change, and my role is to offer calm, responsive guidance that supports your baby’s emotional safety while protecting your own mental and emotional wellbeing. I begin by gaining a full understanding of your baby’s sleep, your family dynamics, and your goals, before creating a personalised, flexible sleep plan. Ongoing 1:1 support and optional check ins ensure you feel reassured, supported, and confident every step of the way.

  • "Working with Little Moonbeam Sleep was exactly what our family needed. The support felt calm, reassuring, and completely aligned with our parenting values. We finally have a gentle plan that works, and more importantly, we feel confident and supported again. Louise made the whole process feel safe, manageable, and genuinely caring."

  • "From the very first conversation, I felt understood and supported. The guidance was gentle, realistic, and never overwhelming. Our baby’s sleep improved, but just as importantly, I felt calmer, more confident, and no longer alone in it. I can’t recommend Little Moonbeam Sleep enough."

Why Gentle Sleep Support Matters

Sleep deprivation has a way of quietly changing everything. It affects how we feel, how we respond to our children, and how confident we feel in our parenting. Many parents come to me feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward not because they don’t care enough, but because they care so deeply.

Gentle sleep support is about more than improving nights. It’s about creating a sense of safety and predictability for your baby, while also protecting your own emotional wellbeing as a parent. When sleep approaches feel rushed, rigid, or misaligned with your values, they can leave parents feeling disconnected or full of self doubt. That’s where a calmer, more responsive approach can make all the difference.

At Little Moonbeam Sleep, I believe that progress doesn’t need to come at the expense of connection. Babies thrive when they feel emotionally safe, and parents thrive when they feel supported, informed, and reassured. Sleep can improve gradually, with compassion and realistic expectations, allowing families to build confidence as they go.

Gentle sleep support recognises that every child is different and that no two families are the same. There is no one-size-fits-all routine, no pressure to follow methods that don’t feel right, and no judgement along the way. Instead, it’s about understanding your baby, responding to their needs, and supporting independent sleep in a way that feels right for your family.

If you’re feeling tired, emotionally stretched, or unsure of your next steps, you’re not failing, you’re navigating one of the hardest chapters of early parenting. With the right support, calm nights and confident parenting can coexist.
